Resistance against the Apartheid

Despite decades of oppression and violence, Palestinians have achieved impressive successes.

The current war against Palestine is yet another dark chapter in the history of the Palestinians since the first violent settlements of Zionists in the 1920s.

The idea of the British to settle English Jews in Palestine came from the British minister Arthur Balfour. He believed that the Jews were more like the British and could control the area on their behalf, ensuring that goods from the Asian colonies reached London safely by land.

In the previously peaceful Holy Land, with people from all three monotheistic religions living side-by-side, resistance arose. The first massacres were carried out on Palestinian villages.

On November 29, 1947, the United Nations, still dominated by the colonial powers, passed a resolution to divide Palestine in two, violating the indigenous people’s right to self-determination. In 1948, more than 750,000 Palestinians were displaced and murdered. Since then, the UN has constantly passed resolutions, but these have been ignored by the Israeli occupying power.

Everyone is talking about a two-state solution. Israel is resisting this with weapons and propaganda. Prime Minister Netanyahu has even repeatedly said in 2022 that it would be good if the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip were financed by Qatar. That would be a guarantee that there would be no two-state solution.

This website aims to show that despite brutal occupation, Palestinians have managed to become great entrepreneurs, artists, architects, etc. They deserve all our respect. Israel calls these people animals, thus legitimizing the genocide against them.
